We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we do not guarantee that the content is always accurate, complete, or error-free. In case of discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel or correct any orders affected by errors.

2.2 Availability of Products
Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.


3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the order. This does not guarantee acceptance, which may be contingent on product availability or fraud checks.

3.2 Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (for UK customers) and may change. Payment is required at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods. Sales taxes, where applicable, will be added to the total price.

3.3 Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded the full amount.

While The Store Co operates on a dropshipping model—fulfilling orders through third-party suppliers—we take care to work only with suppliers that meet reasonable quality and compliance standards. However, we do not manufacture or physically inspect every product prior to shipment.

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Store Co is not the manufacturer of the goods.
  • You must refer to and follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and packaging guidelines.
  • Responsibility for any defects, damages, or injuries caused by the product lies primarily with the manufacturer or supplier, not The Store Co.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, The Store Co disclaims any liability for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses or damages
  • Injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from misuse, negligence, or malfunction of any product sold
  • Any delays, errors, or performance issues arising from our third-party suppliers

The Store Co’s total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product.

4.4 Product Risk & Insurance

We strongly advise that you use products as intended and with due care. Where appropriate, The Store Co may carry product liability insurance to cover claims of damage or harm. However, ultimate product responsibility resides with the original manufacturer.


5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 UK Returns – 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you’re located in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must contact us within 14 days at [email protected]
  • You have an additional 14 days to return the item after notifying us

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days.

5.2 International Returns (Outside the UK)

For customers outside the UK, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To report a problem, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
  • Personal care or intimate products (e.g., underwear, cosmetics) once opened
  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

5.4 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may offer partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned in non-original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Books or media with visible signs of use
  • Opened software, CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

5.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–12 business days

5.6 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider – processing may take a few days
  3. Contact your bank – sometimes there are delays

5.7 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

5.8 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected].

5.9 Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You may receive a store credit for the value of the return
  • Once the return is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

5.10 Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping may be deducted from it
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance
  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
